Sandwich panel and industrial building projects are priced based on specific parameters of each project rather than a standard price list. On this page, we answer the factors affecting our pricing and frequently asked questions.
How is Price Determined?
- Panel type and filler — PIR/PUR, EPS, rock wool or membrane (price difference 15-40%)
- Thickness — options from 40 mm to 200 mm
- Surface coating — polyester (standard), PVDF (premium), plastisol (long-life)
- Project volume (m²) — tiered discount for large projects
- Location — logistics cost based on site distance
- Installation scope — supply only or turnkey
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the sandwich panel price per m²?
For standard 60 mm PUR filled roof panel, indicative price range is €15-22/m² (2026 reference). Final price varies by project volume, thickness, paint choice and logistics distance. Share your project parameters with us for a detailed quote.
Is there a price difference vs traditional roofing?
In terms of total investment cost, sandwich panel is 15-25% more economical than traditional roofing (insulation + sheet + installation as separate items). Installation time is also 3-5 times shorter.
Estimated budget for cold storage installation?
For 500 m² + 5 meter height + -18°C deep freeze cold storage, investment in the range of €80-120/m³ is required (panel + door + cooling integration only). Cooling unit is evaluated as a separate item.
Do you accept small-scale projects?
Yes. Minimum project volume is 200 m². For smaller projects, we also sell from our inventory; in this case, installation is left to customer or local subcontractors.
What are payment terms?
Standard terms: 40% on order confirmation, 50% before shipping, 10% after delivery. Special payment plans negotiated for large projects and corporate customers. Bank guarantee letter support available.
How long until delivery after order?
Standard products 10-15 business days; custom dimension/paint projects 20-30 business days. For urgent orders, stock availability checked as priority; if available, shipment possible in 5-7 days.
What is your warranty?
25-year structural, 10-year paint (up to 20 years for PVDF), 2-year mechanical (door systems). 5 years free periodic site inspection.
